Highlights from recent INEB programs and events across Thailand, India, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, exploring youth leadership, engaged Buddhism, mindfulness, social justice, and compassionate community learning.

On 25th August 2025, INEB joined UNICEF Thailand, Mahidol University, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, the Bodhiyalaya Foundation and the Department of Children and Youth Affairs in signing a landmark Memorandum of Understanding to protect novice monks and children in Buddhist institutions.

Dear INEB Friends, between 1–25 April 2025 your donations assisted 22,400 people including the distribution of food, drinking water, cooking essentials, medical supplies, emergency treatments, sanitary pads, hygiene kits, mosquito prevention, toilets and shelters.

Field hospitals in Thai refugee camps, landmine clearance in war zones, and drugs to treat millions suffering from diseases such as HIV are among the programs frozen as President Donald Trump contemplates massive cuts to U.S. foreign aid.
