Myanmar Film Festival
INEB’s sister charity SEM invites you to join their upcoming film screenings in Thailand. These events take audiences on a journey through stories related to Myanmar and refugees.
The festival begins on June 14 in Mae Sot and concludes on June 28 in Chiang Mai, stopping in Chiang Rai on the 18th and Bangkok on the 21st–22nd.
Child Protection in Buddhist Contexts: Progress Report Presented to Sangha Supreme Council
As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen child protection in Buddhist institutions, INEB joined the working group on Child Protection in Buddhist Communities. They presented a progress report to Venerable Ratchapanya Wachirakorn, Secretary of the Public Welfare Division of the Sangha Supreme Council, at Wat Phra Chetuphon in Bangkok.
The initiative seeks to expand access to education for novice monks without legal status and develop important child safeguarding resources.
Humanitarian Support along the Thailand–Myanmar Border
We extend heartfelt thanks to JTS (Join Together Society) and strategic partners including BEAM Foundation, Bodhiyalaya Foundation, and Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Foundation.
From May 12 to 18, 2025, this collaborative effort delivered food and educational assistance to over 1,000 individuals across 20 locations in Mae Sot and Chiang Mai.
The project highlights the power of partnership and shared commitment to supporting vulnerable communities.
