?Happiness Beyond Measure?
is a series of photographic portrait about Buddhist pilgrimage whom I have encounter in the last six years. Inspired by the stories of Buddha, I have travel along Buddhist pilgrimage around South and Southeast Asia. As for more than two millennia since Buddha have found the key to our happiness that it do not lied on material procession but the true happiness can be found in the mind that seeking the well- being of other living. Today the legacy of this noble truth cannot only be evidence by from of thousand-year-old temples or scared Buddhist text. Rather the real witness of this true happiness live on with those people who do practices it. Image in this exhibition show some joy and peaceful moment, from an old Tibetan pilgrimage in Bodhgaya to the young novice in Temple of Mandalay, from a young schoolboy in the Kingdom of Bhutan to the old fishermen at Lake of Ton Le Sap in Cambodia. Their smiling face is the best evidence in the sense of how their try to share a sense of joy with me, a stranger they just met like an old friends who teach me that compassion, is the secret of our survival in a harsh world today. They are a true sample of the men and women of Buddha, on whom humankind must learn from their attitude of life. So I offer this exhibition as an invitation to discover the potential of simple smile that have a power to inspire life with full of happiness and compassion.

Bhanuwat Jittivuthikarn , 28 year old Thai photojournalist from Thailand . He graduated form School of Creative Art University of Melbourne in 2006 with a combine degree in International Politics. After spends seven years in Melbourne, where he hold a numbers of art exhibition and received numbers of awards. Return to Thailand in 2007, He joined SNF Sathirakoses-Nagapradipa Foundation, one of leading grassroots empowerment organization in Asia where Bhanuwat have cover numbers of documentary projects notable ? Requiem of Andaman?, which he has won Young Thai Artist Award , in Photographic category in 2006.
?Diaspora Smile Portraits of Tibetan in Exile? a documenting life of Tibetan refugee in India (2009-present) the work is being show in New York in November 2011. In 2009, he was selected as part of young Asian photographer to join ?Angkor photo workshop? where he was study under Antoine D?Agata.
In 2011 his documentary project ?Sandbags Panic? has won the first place in Stream Photo Asia, Master Class Series. He is an only Thai photographer to be selected as part of 75 photographers around the world to commendation His Holiness Dalai Lama 75th birthday in 2011.
?I believes that photography at its best has the capacity to transform the way people think and create real social change. Rather than using photograph as a statement of evidence, I aim to use photographic as medium to reveal a relationship of people, empower their sense of community and strengthen their identity to be able to express who they are.?
